You will never find another group like this.
For the 100th anniversary of WW1, I was asked to make a display of ORIGINAL German medals in all forms of wear. I spent a long time before I found a very nice group that included a medal bar and two ribbon bars. I then found all the other items exactly matching to show THE SEVEN ways medals could be worn by WW1 veterans.
#1. Medal Bar with four medals. Iron Cross 1914. Hindenburg WW1 German Service Medal. WW1 Austrian Service Medal. WW1 Hungarian Service Medal (most likely a German sent to the Serbian theater of war) Austrian service medal is loose. It displays very well in a case, but could not be put on a uniform. Could be repaired.
#2. A "fracke-bar". This is a medal bar mounted in REVERSE and at an angle, so veterans could wear the medal on civilian style suits at dinners and functions. Same four medals.
#3. Standard ribbon bar for wear on dress uniform. HAND STITCHED. Same four medals.
#4. Miniature ribbon bar for wear on combat uniforms.

#5. Oversized ribbon bar with miniatures. A private purchase ribbon bar with lots of bling and add-ons. They were made by
jewelers
and sold to "richer" officers to look nicer.

#7. A lapel ribbon bar. Also could be worn in button holes of overcoats and suits in non-formal occasions. Same four medals.
