For your consideration: Vintage Steiff Rare Arco German Shepherd @1959-1961 only 10cm, or 4"T
I've had German Shepherds all of my life, so I was keeping this guy as a representative. (the tongue out ones would do better) I
don't use "rare" in my titles...maybe a handful of times. Only a handful of Steiff are rare, but I think  this series of Arco might qualify,
as his production is so short. Arco is the smallest of four sizes in his family. He is tri-colored, mohair made,, with tiny amber glass
eyes, a black floss stitched nose & mouth, perky felt ears (still has the black airbrushing on the backs) and wearing his original red
collar. He still retains all ID: His old(wrinkled, but complete) Bear Faced Chest Tag with "Arco" written on it, his Raised script button
with old, legible short flag attached. His ean is #6310,00 & he can be found on page 97 in the Sortiment. He is shown here with little birds
for Scale only & they are not part of this auction. I think Arco is a little beauty, but please refer to the pictures as they are integral to my
