Vintage Steiff Disney Perri Squirrel With Numbered Tag and Perri Label.
Very adorable Perri the squirrel is appox 6.5 inches tall and is carrying a nut with felt paws.  Perri has a Disney Perri
bear
faced tag
to ensure it's an original and
was made from 1959 to 1967. Perri has his original flag and button and is
number 4317-0? (the end part of the tag as worn away).  Perri is made of mohair and does have some
age related fading and hair loss. Also in a certain light he has a bit of yellow to the coat and I do not know
if he was made this way or if it is an age related color change. He is missing one of his left back paws.
