See Scan. First day cover with special cancellation applied October 17, 1959 at Lome, Togo. The souvenir sheet with four semi-postal stamps was issued to commemorate the Togo Red Cross organization. Pictured on the stamp is a blood transfusion. There are no postal markings nor is there any writing on the reverse side. The flap on the back of the envelope remains sealed. Fine to very fine condition.
