Shamrock Irish Blessing Spoon Kitchen Tool Rest Dish Russ Berrie. I bought this new years ago and just have never used or set it. It's in new condition because it is new, been in a drawer. Has an Irish blessing printed in middle . Even has a white on white celtic pattern on sides of petals. Measures about 8" by 8" at widest spots and about 1.5" deep,No chips cracks or notable damage of any kind.
