According to Volks it can fit the following sizes: SD girl/SD boy/ SDGr girl/ SD13 girl/ SDGr boy / SD13 boy It can fit other similarly sized ball jointed dolls.  I have another identical outfit, and I can confirm it fits SD boys and SDGr boys.
I purchased this set in used condition from Mandarake a while back.
I have not used it on a doll yet.
I removed it from the package to inspect it before listing, it looks like it is very good condition.
