Pair of Antique Silver Candlesticks Early 20th Century Classical Form, from Romania 15.5" Tall
These are a pair of European Silver candlesticks from the beginning of the 20th Century.
According to the appraiser who checked them out (an expert on European Silver), they are probably from Romania.
Great Gift for Pessach / Passover / Easter.
They have been appraised to the value of 0.
They show age-appropriate signs of wear.
The top of one is bent, and top of the other is also not straight. The tops may not be original, but you can't see the connection.
One is not quite straight.
They are 15.5 inches (almost 40cms) tall, and the width at the base is 5.5 inches (14cms).
One weighs 368 gms and the other 366 gms (nearly 13 ozs each).
This is additional proof of authenticity, because authentic pairs weigh about 700 grams for the pair, and later models are much heavier, as the silver is not so thin.
