Includes a CERTIFICATE OF AUTHENTICITY from PSA/DNA Authentication Services. Authentication sticker is affixed to bottom right corner of poster, and the certification number on the sticker matches the number printed on the COA.
EXTREMELY RARE!!
This listing is for an original KEITH WHITLEY poster issued in very limited quantities to advertise his "DON'T CLOSE YOUR EYES" album. Released in 1988, "Don't Close Your Eyes" was the second studio album by Whitley, and the last to be released during his lifetime.
Poster measures 27" x 23" and is hand-signed in black ink by KEITH WHITLEY. The bold signature is over 5 3/4" long.
Printed at lower left corner of poster: BMG / RCA CORPORATION / 1988
Poster was found rolled and stored in the archives of Whitley's former manager Don Light, after his death.
Poster displays beautifully, with no rips, tears, holes, or repairs. Minor edge wear, as shown. Because this poster was never displayed, the colors are as bright as the day they were printed.
Please excuse the glare in reflections in my photos, caused by some minor curling from having been rolled and stored. Poster will flatten nicely, when framed. Poster will be shipped rolled, in a sturdy protective tube, for safety.
