SHIPPING PAYMENT
We prefer to ship small items using Priority Mail, they are 2-4 days and everyone likes to get their stuff fast. We use UPS for the larger, heavier items and in most cases have the shipping calculator in the ad so you know the cost up front. We ship for actual price plus up to for the larger items, our feedback shows we take pride in or packing and use the materials we need to insure a safe delivery!
If you prefer a different carrier or service let us know we are flexible.
Small items can usually be added to larger items and shipped free, check out the store for anything extra you may want to add to your order. There is
no charge
for items picked up at our Green Bay area location.
RETURNS
We will work with you, returns have to be handled on an item by item basis, some times we can make an exchange and sometimes a refund is the best solution. Please do not send an item back without contacting us first.
CLAIMS AND INSURANCE
Tracking numbers are available on all USPS Priority Mail shipments. UPS items are insured up to 0 have a tracking number and we will pay to insure any amount after that.  We will furnish all paperwork required to file any claims.
