Lot consisting of two German medals, mounted in a special medal bar, created from 1936, and used at the beginning of World War II.
The medal bar carries the following medals:
Iron cross of second class, granted during World War I, and used during the beginning of the 3rd German Reich, as a symbol of experience and merit in combat.
The medal is made in three pieces (the center in magnetic iron and the edges in silver).
The other medal that accompanies it is the Cross of Honor in bronze with swords, which was created by a decree of the German President Marshal von Hindenburg on July 13, 1934, and was granted in the name of the German Chancellor.
The Cross of Honor was given to those who were first-line soldiers during the first war, and was used during the Second War by said veterans in their uniforms as a symbol of their experience in combat.
