    Up for purchase is a hardback of
    Legends of the Northwest
    by H. L. Gordon. This is a First Edition copy that was published in 1881 by The St. Paul Book and Stationery Co. The book measures 6.26 x 8.75-inches in size, and contains 143 pages.
    The book cover has beveled edges and gilt lettering with an Indian on the front cover. The title page has a tissue guard and there is an errata insert at the end of the book. The text includes six different legends with their titles on the title page (i.e., no table of contents). Each legend has a drawing at the beginning and some legends have more than one drawing. Two drawings are full page. The text is written in prose. At the end there is a Notes section from page 124 to 143.
