The dimensions are 1 3/4" wide by 2 1/2” tall.
The front shows a tank in the center with a skull and cross bones at the top.
There is a bow at the base.
All three are surrounded by an oval oak leaf wreath.
Has a thin vertical ‘T’ bar style pin back with a ‘c’ catch.
Stamped silver plated nickel construction.
RARE.
