Gorgeous, Detailed Pair of Silver Plated Repousse Candle Sticks - Dutch 1800's

This outstanding pair of candle sticks are some of the more detailed I have seen.  The heavily detailed pattern includes small male and female figures, flowers, and other designs.  My guess is they are Dutch from the look and dress of the figures. Each is 12" high and 5" wide at the widest point.  They were heavily tarnished from many years of storage and took several hours of work to get them looking like they do now.  They could still be polished even more if the new owner wishes.  There are no hidden surprises, this is a beautiful set of candlesticks that would look great on any table.
They do have a clear makers mark but I was unable to identify it.  As you can see in the photos each is marked on the bottom with what appears to be 3 small squares with a "K", a shield, and an "S" inside the squares.  Under these is clearly the number "83649" which I would assume is a style number.
