The 3 sections totems are in the design.
This conference was held at Palm Springs High School in the Spring of 1990.
It was like 3 conclaves at one time. With each section awarding it's own awards. The service lodges were Siwinis 252, Wiatava 13, and Chee Dodge 503. The attendance was 1628. The special guests were many and included National Order of the Arrow Chief John Meckley III, National Vice Chief Tony Steinhart III, and Western Region Chief Ryan Mecham.
