    "England" on side of base; scallop shell trademark on other side,  a Ellis-Barker mark introduced in 1912.

    5 1/2 inches height; 11 3/4 inches length.
    Condition:
    Good, has tarnish; will be beautiful with some polishing. Felt has worn off on base.  Please carefully review photos as they are part of the item description.
