& Exchange Policies
We accept return shipping 30 days from the date of delivery and will refund or replace the item.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the original condition and all parts must be included in the returned package.  We reserve the right to refuse a return if these conditions have not been met.
Return shipments will incur a 10% restocking fee.
Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Customers shipping an item over , should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
We will do our best to exchange or replace defective items or missing parts at the customer's request.  Due to the nature of reclaimed auto parts, a replacement item may not be available and a refund will be issued to the original method of payment.

Shipping Policies
We offer local pick up for all parts at our Irving, TX location 6 days per week, and will hold all local pickup eBay orders that are paid for in full.
Please bring your item receipt and a valid ID to pick up your order at our service center and warehouse.
We package our items to the safest extent possible to prevent damage in transit.  Please direct shipping damage claims to the shipping or freight forwarding service.

Handling time for all orders is 1 business day.
Weekends and holidays are not business days
, therefore orders placed on a Friday after 5 PM CST through Sunday or the day before a holiday will be shipped the following standard business day.
