What you are viewing is a book that was signed by numerous Country music star singers and preformers in 1978-79
The book was signed by these artists as a gift to Carl Lipps (now deceased) from Parkersburg WV.
Carl Lipps was the manager, and  owner of the Big Red Markets TV and Radio Show in WV that ran for nine years. During his time he had many interactions with WSM in Nashville, and the Grand ole Opry (MSM).
These are all authentic signatures and has been in my own collection for many years after receiving this along with other country music memorabilia from his estate. It's time to pass it along to someone else which will enjoy it for more years to come.
I took as many pictures of the signatures that I could with the 12 picture maximum allotted by ebay picture services.
Do note that I was able to get many of the signatures in the pictures shown, but not all of them. So there are more than what you are seeing. The book is in excellent condition.
The last two pictures is of the inside cover. I didn't get a picture of the outside of the book as I want to show as many signatures as I could in the listing.
