1955 Vintage Offyette 1/4 Quarter Midget Race Car all original and complete

Description

One of the first 6 or 12 Offyette bodies ever produced by the Larc-Douglas Company in 1955.  Doug Schiller confirmed this because of the X shape in the floor.  The car retains original paint, original tires, original Continental engine and clutch.  The hood hinge was replaced along with the accelerator cable but the rest is original.  We have a few videos of it running if you check youtube for Offyette.
I can help with delivering to the midwest or hold it as long as needed for pickup.  I can get it onto a pallet if you want to arrange shipping from Traverse City MI or I can eventually get the car to Springfield IL for pickup.
I can add more images if needed.  The car has lots of scratches, scrapes, wear and a piece of the engine cover missing.  There is significant wear to the body under the car too.
The recoil for the pull start is included but will need a new rope.
